The multi-functional hydraulic punching and shearing machine is composed of a motor base, a hydraulic pressure station, a fuel tank and a rack. The motor base is provided with the hydraulic pressure station, the fuel tank, a motor and a pump. A piston rod of a hydro-cylinder is connected with a crank connecting rod. The crank connecting rod is connected with a pull arm guide pillar. The pull arm guide pillar is connected with a beam of an upper bracket.
