Abstract

The utility model discloses a water level sensor used in a hyperbaric environment. The water level sensor used in the hyperbaric environment comprises a plastic shell used for fixing the water level sensor, a metal barrel matched with a screw used for fixing the water level sensor is inlaid on the plastic shell, and two loops of inverted cone protrusions are arranged on an induct electrode stem used for inducting water level on the water level sensor. The metal barrel is put into a mould cavity before injection molding of the plastic shell, and the metal barrel and the plastic shell are integrated to be a whole through injection molding. An insert on a metal block increases joint strength of a thread, and fixed effect of the water level sensor is improved. In electrode machining, the two loops of inverted cone protrusions are added on the smooth electrode stem. In the process of plastic wrapping the electrode, the two loops of inverted cone protrusions added on the smooth electrode stem can increase stability of the electrode in a plastic part, and ensure that leak under pressure effect is avoided.
本实用新型公开了一种用于高压环境下的水位传感器,包括固定水位传感器的塑料壳体,塑料壳体上嵌有与固定水位传感器的螺杆相配的金属螺套,水位传感器上用于感应水位的感应电极杆上设有两圈倒锥形凸点。本实用新型在塑料壳体注塑成型前将金属螺套放在模腔中,然后注塑,使金属螺套和塑料件壳体为一体结构,这样通过金属件的镶块增加了螺纹的连接强度,提高水位传感器的固定效果。而在加工电极时,在光滑的电极杆上所增加两圈倒锥形的凸点;在塑料包裹电极的同时,在光滑的电极杆上所增加两圈倒锥形的凸点能够增加电极在塑件内的稳定性,并保证在压力作用下无泄漏。
