本实用新型提供了自开闭散热式LED壳体,所述壳体包括相背呈矩形的第一表面与第二表面,其中第一表面用于放置LED单元,于第二表面外凸形成有驱动电路容置腔,所述驱动电路容置腔表面设有散热孔,侧面设有自开闭散热机构;所述自开闭散热机构包括第一散热板、第二散热板、复位弹簧及双金属片。本实用新型的有益效果在于在壳体的驱动电路容置腔上设置了自开闭散热机构,通过该机构中双金属片随温度变化的特性,从而使得可在温度高时候自动开启自开闭散热机构中的散热通道,而在诸如下雨温度下降时,又能自动关闭散热通道,起到自动调节散热且防水的效果。
The utility model provides a self-opening and self-closing radiating type light-emitting diode (LED) shell body which comprises a first surface and a second surface, wherein the first surface and the second surface are reversed and in a rectangle shape, the first surface is used for placing an LED unit, a driving circuit containing cavity is formed by outward protruding of the second surface, radiating holes are formed in the surface of the driving circuit containing cavity, a self-opening and self-closing radiating mechanism is arranged on the side face of the driving circuit containing cavity, and the self-opening and self-closing radiating mechanism comprises a first radiating board, a second radiating board, a reset spring and a bimetallic sheet. The self-opening and self-closing radiating type LED shell body has the advantages that the self-opening and self-closing radiating mechanism is arranged on the driving circuit containing cavity of the shell body, the bimetallic sheet in the radiating mechanism changes with temperature so that a radiating passage in the self-opening and self-closing radiating mechanism can be automatically opened when in high temperature, the radiating passage is automatically closed when the temperature decreases in a rainy day, and the effects of automatic adjusting for radiation and water resistance are achieved.
