Abstract

The utility model discloses an anti-torsion ripple compensator which comprises a work joint pipe I. The anti-torsion ripple compensator is characterized in that the work joint pipe I is connected with a metal ripple pipe through a ripple pipe cushion ring. Two ends of the metal ripple pipe are respectively connected with the ripple pipe cushion ring and a cushion ring. Press ring sleeves are sleeved at two ends of the metal ripple pipe. A work joint pipe II forms a sealed space with the ripple pipe cushion ring. An outer protection hood is arranged above the metal ripple pipe. Two ends of the outer protection hood are respectively welded on a transitional ring plate II and a transitional ring plate I. The other end of the transitional ring plate II is welded with the work joint pipe II. The other end of the transitional ring plate I is welded with the ripple pipe cushion ring. A guide ring is installed in the work joint I and the guide ring, a cover plate and the ripple pipe cushion are welded together. A guide fixed block is welded on a wall of the work joint pipe I. The guide ring and the ripple pipe cushion ring are connected through the sealed cover plate. The anti-torsion ripple compensator has the advantages of being convenient to install, safe, reliable, long in service life and suitable for variation of pipe torsion and deformation environment.
本实用新型公开了一种抗扭转波纹补偿器,包括工作接管I、其特征在于:工作接管I与金属波纹管由波纹管垫环连接,金属波纹管两端分别连接波纹管垫环和垫环,压环套在金属波纹管两端,工作接管II与波纹管垫环组成一个密闭的空间,外护罩位于金属波纹管的上方,两端分别焊接在过渡环板II、过渡环板I上,过渡环板II的另一端与工作接管II焊接,过渡环板I另一端与波纹管垫环焊接,导向环装进工作接管I内,导向环、盖板、波纹管垫环三者焊接,导向固定块焊接在工作接管I管壁上,导向环和波纹管垫环由密封盖板连接。本实用新型的优点效果是:安装方便,安全可靠,使用寿命长且更适应管道扭转变形环境的变化。
